Have Something We Should Look Closer At?
Some of the most important evidence never makes it into a courtroom. We want to know what you've seen, what you've experienced, and what you can document.
Family Court Watch Collective welcomes firsthand accounts, inside information, communications, records, and leads concerning Massachusetts family courts.
What Are We Looking For?
Judicial conduct: Conflicts of interest, questionable practices, and failures of oversight.
Court-appointed professionals: GALs, evaluators, reunification providers, qualifications, referrals, and billing.
Follow the money: Financial relationships, public funding, contracts, and court-ordered expenses.
Child safety: Abuse disclosures, coercive interventions, and interference with clinical care.
Evidence and due process: Missing records, excluded evidence, and procedural irregularities.
Share What You Know
Whether you're a survivor, parent, attorney, clinician, court professional, or concerned citizen, your information matters. One document or firsthand account may help reveal a much larger pattern. We respect your privacy, do not sell personal information, and will not publish your identity or personal story without your permission.
Look Closer. Follow the Evidence.
